How do I join the Tombow Rewards Program?
Join the Tombow Rewards Program by clicking here. If you’re new to Tombow, you’ll receive 10 bonus points when you join. Existing Tombow account holders will receive their 10 welcome points after their first rewards purchase.

Tombow Rewards members earn reward points on purchases and other eligible activities, then redeem those points for discounts on future purchases.

I already have a TombowUSA.com account. Do I need to create a new account to join the Tombow Rewards Program?
You won’t need to create a new account! Just join the Tombow Rewards program by clicking here and your existing Tombow account will start earning rewards every time you shop.
Where can I view my rewards account?
Just log in to your account at TombowUSA.com or click on “My Account” in the top navigation and you’ll be able to access your Tombow Rewards account from the Orders page.
Will I receive points for purchases I made before joining?
You will only begin earning points on eligible purchases made after joining the program.
How do I earn points?
Earn points by joining the program, making purchases at TombowUSA.com, and following us on Instagram. Every time you shop on our website, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. After your third rewards-eligible purchase, you’ll earn 100 bonus points.
Is there limit to how many points I can earn?
No. You can continue to earn points on eligible purchases and activities as long as the Tombow Rewards Program remains active.
Do my points ever expire?
Your points never expire and remain available until they are redeemed.
Can I earn points for purchases made in-store?
Although Tombow products are available in-store at retailers nationwide, you will not be able to earn or apply rewards points toward any purchases made in-store. Only purchases made at TombowUSA.com are eligible for earning rewards points.
How do I redeem my points?
Login to your Tombow account and visit the Tombow Rewards page. You can choose an available reward, and select Redeem. Your available rewards and redemption requirements will also be displayed at checkout while you’re shopping on our website.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you earned points from a purchase that you later return, those points will be deducted from your rewards account when the return is processed.
If you redeemed points toward a purchase that is later returned, the redeemed points will be credited back to your rewards account according to our return policy.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When an eligible friend completes their first qualifying purchase, both of you will receive the referral reward. You will earn 400 points for every successful referral, and your friend will receive $20 off their first purchase of $40 or more.
