This was an obscure rare shorty pen and refill. After tracking it down I finally arrived at the Tombow webstore. The photo is lifesize, it matched up so I ordered it. Very inexpensive. Arrived in a few days and fit perfectly and writes smoothly, which is why I wanted the refill in the first place; rather than buy cheap plastic pen in a 6 pack. Comes four refills to a pack.
