Tombow is no longer selling the dots tape in the refill?!?! When asked to review, the photo of the NEW refills as of May 2026 is shown as a BLUE REFILL cartridge. Then when I hit review it shows the awesome dot glue in the TEAL REFILL cartridge, that I can't seem to find listed for sale on your site. When I try to buy this on Amazon it came BLUE which seems like the old tape refills. Amazon confirmed with Tombow that dot glue was replaced. Your site not showing the photo of the new dot glue, confirms that. Then when u want a review, u swap the photo out. Why?
I think the tape works great. I'm grateful for the option to purchase refills because it's so wasteful to throw the casing away every time I finish one.
This new and improved tape runner is top notch. It doesn't gum up, unwind, or skip. The dotted adhesive surface holds well and dispenses smoothly. The refill cartridge is simple to insert and remove. I like the smaller shape of the dispenser; it fits well in the hand of a female crafter.
This tape is PERFECT. No gooey mess. No guessing if the tape strip will turn. Just perfect for my crafting and card making projects. I could NOT have finished my holiday cards without it.
